How It Works

1. Reserve your Staging Date.

Our Delivery Schedule fills up fast - contact us as soon as you know when you need to stage a property. MAKE SURE to inform our Scheduler of any challenges - such as narrow entries / hallways / staircases, elevators, loading docks, steep driveways, difficult parking or any other unique delivery circumstances.

Now is also the time you need to reserve any loading bays, or secure parking permits.

2. Build a basic Design Plan.

A Design Plan is a generic room-by-room list of needed furnishings. After a visit to the property (take measurements & photos!), it is best to prepare a Design Plan as a guide prior to visiting our Showroom. Our online Inventory Gallery is a great place to gather ideas of possible selection options.

3.  Visit our Showroom & select your furnishings.

Our Showroom is open Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM.

Our Staff will give you a tour & walk you through our simple DIY process.

4. Review your Estimate. 

Once you’ve completed your selection, we will prepare an Estimate and email it to you for approval. REVIEW IT VERY CAREFULLY for accuracy and completeness.

5. Sign your Lease Agreement. 

After carefully reviewing & approving your Estimate, you’ll receive our Lease Agreement via DocuSign. You or your client will need to sign this Agreement promptly to keep the process moving.

6. Property readiness.

ALL property improvements must be completed PRIOR to Staging. This includes, but is not limited to: landscaping, painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and cleaning. All construction equipment, materials, and debris must be removed.

Our Staging is the FINAL TOUCH to showcase your property. You are responsible for ensuring the property is clean, and all improvements are complete, prior to your delivery date. We will not deliver furnishings unless the above conditions have been met.

6. Delivery date.

Stagers or their designees must be ON SITE at time of Delivery to direct our Move Team for furniture placement.

Photography should be scheduled for the day AFTER staging, as occasionally additional elements are needed to complete the Stage.

7. Renewals & Pick-Ups

Please make sure to contact us if you will need to renew your lease. Renewals may be extended for 30-day or 2-week increments.

Once your property is under contract and a settlement date has been established, contact us immediately to schedule a pick-up date.

1. We offer lease terms as short as 30 days.
2. We do not require lease minimums – whether you need just a lamp or an entire house of furniture – we’ve got you covered.
3. Our flat-rate Delivery Fee includes the pick-up at De-Staging. There is a small additional mileage fee for distances over 25 miles.
4. We are flexible. We understand that real estate transactions are fast-moving and involve many different players.
